Claim following negligent kidney transplant

Acted in a clinical negligence claim for a client who underwent a kidney transplant. The donor kidney was infected and this caused the client to develop sever complications. The case settled 6 weeks before trial and the client avoided the stress and uncertainty of court proceedings.
