Since we started in 1973 our rapid expansion has resulted in an ongoing need to recruit more people in both our legal and support roles.

By “legal” we mean solicitors, legal executives and paralegals.

By “support” (we don’t really like the term “support” as we like to think we work in teams with everyone’s role is an integral part of the success of the firm and the excellent client service we offer) we mean secretaries, receptionists, administrative assistants as well as roles in the accounts, IT and risk & compliance teams.

We also offer training contracts.

One of our best kept secrets (which we are happy to now share with you) is that our retention levels are incredible for both lawyers and support roles – a large proportion of our partners today trained with the firm.  We recognise that our current success and future prosperity depend on our people, so we like to make them want to stay and most do.
