Legal Surgery – Private Client Drop-In

19th May 2022

Have you been putting off making a Will as you are unsure where to start? Have you been appointed as an executor of an estate but are uncertain as to your legal responsibilities?  Perhaps you have been thinking about making Lasting Powers of Attorney but are confused as to how to go about this or the cost involved?

At Bower Bailey we understand that approaching a lawyer over your legal matters can sometimes seem a daunting task. You may not be sure who to contact, what it may cost you, or where to start, but our friendly and approachable team are here to help you.   Through the use of our Legal Surgery Drop-In service, we are able to offer a no obligation, friendly chat with us, so that we may guide you as to your best way forward.

In May and June we are offering a free legal “drop-in” surgery whereby we can provide you with information on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection or Probate matters.  There will be no charge for the information given in these sessions which will be limited to a maximum of thirty minutes each.

Ideally, we would prefer to conduct these the drop-in sessions remotely via Teams, Zoom or telephone.  However, if you do need a face-to-face appointment, we can facilitate these at our Swindon office with prior notice.

The drop-in sessions will be taking place every Wednesday between the hours of 10am and 4pm and if you wish to attend please contact Kate Gitsham in our Private Client Department on 01793 610466 or via email on [email protected].

Please note that we cannot give advice on any contentious probate maters in the Legal Surgery.

The Legal Surgery is only available through our Swindon Office and not through any of our other offices.
