Welcoming the return to live music with Swindon Recital Series

Bower Bailey Solicitors are sponsoring Swindon Recital Series again for the 2021-2022 Season. The first concert will take place at the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon at 1pm on Wednesday 29th September 2021.

“We are looking forward to being present in the theatre and hearing and seeing in person on stage Joseph Shiner on Clarinet, Yoanna Prodanova on Cello and Paul Turner on Piano. We have enjoyed supporting Paul Turner and Swindon Recital Series over the years and this Season will be especially important as we welcome the return of live music post Covid. ”
Speaking of the Concert Paul Turner, Founder and Artistic Director of the Swindon Recital Series said,” We are so happy to be starting the Season with two exciting young performers. Joseph was due to give a concert for us in 2020, so it’s a great pleasure to be able to finally see him live. He’s joined by Yoanna (from the Barbican String Quartet) in music by Beethoven and Brahms. In fact their recording of the Brahms Trio was hailed by Classic FM as their ‘Album of the Week’ when it was first released, and hailed by Gramophone as ‘Twilit poetry’! We’re extremely lucky to have these stars of the future in our season, so are particularly grateful to Bower Bailey for helping to make it happen. It will be an emotional moment for us all when we finally step onto the Wyvern stage after such a difficult time for us all”
