I was recommended to Kay Angwin after my mother died and I needed to sell her house. Kay was extremely prompt, efficient and courteous throughout. So over the last 12 years I have returned to her for conveyancing on 5 occasions for me or my family. They all went very successfully. However one family member decided to use a conveyancing firm instead as it claimed to be cheaper.
