Following a career as a golf professional, Rob joined Bower Bailey in 1998 as a trainee solicitor and became a partner in 2004. He heads the commercial property team in the Banbury office. His clients are able to draw upon his wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property.

  • Advised property investors and their financiers in relation to the purchase of a large industrial unit with the simultaneous grant of a commercial lease.
  • Advised a large scale property investor on the simultaneous acquisition of a portfolio of 24 properties all of which were subject to existing leases, together with subsequent bank financing and sales.
  • Represented numerous property investors and pension fund administrators in relation to the acquisition of commercial property through tax efficient investment schemes.
