Nikki joined the Banbury office as a paralegal in August 2021. She then trained with the firm and in November 2023 qualified as a solicitor in the company and commercial team.

The substantial practical experience Nikki acquired during her tenure as a paralegal was significantly enriched by dedicated training in corporate and commercial work throughout her training contract. As a qualified solicitor, Nikki provides support to clients across a variety of corporate and commercial matters.

Nikki assists with and advises on acquisitions and disposals (both share purchase and asset purchase transactions) along with other company and commercial matters including:

  • General commercial contracts
  • Terms and conditions of supply and sale
  • Shareholders’ agreements and share option schemes
  • Articles of association

Personal interests

Outside of work, Nikki spends time exercising and can often be found in the gym or on walks in the countryside. Nikki also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
