Michelle joined Bower Bailey in 2002. Michelle is a Member and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Since she joined the firm Michelle has worked in the residential conveyancing team so has extensive knowledge and experience of the conveyancing process. This in-depth understanding enables her to explain and guide clients through the house move process and to ensure they progress as smoothly as possible.

Michelle appreciates how stressful house sales and purchases can be so she strives to meet deadlines to enable clients to move as quickly as possible. She also prides herself on providing a personable and friendly service.

Recent work:

Acted in the purchase of a complex shared ownership leasehold transaction with strict timescales. Met the target deadline to complete the transaction to avoid the risk of the clients losing the property.

Acted in a buy to-let purchase from a mortgagee in possession with an absolute deadline to complete. Expedited the process to complete within the tight timescale enabling the client to let the property quickly and derive a rental income from it.
