Lesley joined Bower Bailey’s Swindon office in 2000 having been admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Legal Executives in 1998 and became a partner in 2022. Since 2002 Lesley has worked in the residential property team and in recent years has acted mainly for purchasers buying new build properties. She is on the conveyancing panel for a number of large national house builders and is highly recommended to prospective new purchasers. Lesley’s wealth of experience with new builds enables her to guide clients through the process as smoothly as possible, whether this is for first time buyer’s buying their first home or existing homeowners making their next move
