Juliet is a solicitor in both the family and employment teams. She joined the Oxford office as a trainee solicitor in October 2021 and qualified in 2023.

Juliet completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Glasgow in Economic and Social History graduating in 2019. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management with the University of Law attaining distinctions in both.

  • Acted for parties in divorce proceedings where agreement as to finances is reached. Contained the agreement in a consent order lodged with the court to finalise matters
  • Acted for parties where finances cannot be agreed and the matter progresses with the court to find a resolution
  • Acted for parents in protracted private child arrangements proceedings.

  • Advising buyers of a business on TUPE obligations
  • Drafting junior and senior employment contracts
  • Advising HR teams on day to day employment law issues
  • Assisting on employment tribunal claims

Personal Interests

Outside of work Juliet likes going to the gym, yoga and kickboxing. She enjoys travelling in her free time and spending time with family and friends.
