Josephine joined the family team of Bower Bailey in July 2022. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has specialised in family law since the start of her career. Prior to joining the firm, Josephine worked for firms in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire.

Josephine is a member of Resolution. She is committed to the Code of Practice that promotes a constructive approach to family issues, considering the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of the children. Josephine gives clear and practical advice to her clients providing them with the information that they require to make the best decisions in their individual situations. She prides herself on going the extra mile for them. She is approachable and supportive no matter what the situation.
