Francesca joined the firm as a paralegal in March 2025 and commenced her training contract in September 2025. Prior to joining Bower Bailey, she graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a First-Class Honours degree in Law. She then went on to pass her SQE1 and is currently studying for her SQE2 exams.
Francesca also has prior paralegal experience working in residential conveyancing and contentious probate.

Francesca began her training contract working in the personal injury team and has recently moved into the medical negligence team.
Personal interests:
Outside of work, Francesca enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, cooking and trying new recipes.
