Creagh is a partner based in our Oxford office.  He trained with Bower Bailey and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. He became a partner in 2023.

Creagh handles both corporate transactions and commercial property transactions.

He regularly acts for buyers and sellers in share purchase and asset purchase transactions. He is also regularly instructed to prepare or advise on shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and various other documents required by companies or shareholders.

His commercial property work involves acting for landlords and tenants in relation to new leases, lease renewals, the assignment of existing leases and lease surrenders. He also regularly acts in the purchase and sale of commercial properties.

  • Acting for a founding shareholder in relation to a new venture (advice on articles and shareholders’ agreement)
  • Acting for numerous tenants taking new leases of various different types of commercial property (offices, shops, restaurants, industrial units etc.)
  • Acting for a number of tenants taking new leases with turnover rent provisions
