Connor started at Bower and Bailey in October 2015 as a trainee in the firm’s Oxford Office and qualified in 2017. He became a partner in 2023. Connor is an experienced property lawyer with expertise in both residential and commercial property transactions.

Connor utilises his accrued knowledge and expertise to bring efficient and practical advice to his clients, no matter how straightforward or complex the matter.

Areas of expertise:

  • Acquisitions, sales, leasing, and refinancing of freehold and leasehold property
  • Acting for lenders in securing finance against land, both residential and commercial
  • Large scale portfolio property transactions, including transfers and re-financing
  • Advising on leases for both residential and commercial interests (grant, assignment, variation, termination, and extensions)
  • Development and potential development land transaction agreements, including options and overages

  • Acted in the transfer and re-finance of multiple properties as part of a business incorporation
  • Prepared, agreed, and completed commercial leases both new and on renewal
  • Prepared, agreed, and secured land agreements including options and overages
  • Assisted within a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to advise on and progress a transaction

Personal Interests:

Connor spends his time relaxing in the kitchen, cooking, and baking. He then burns off all that food by taking walks through local landscapes, both in the country and the city.
