Aine is a solicitor in both the clinical negligence and immigration teams at Bower Bailey. She joined the firm’s Oxford office as a paralegal in 2022 and soon began her training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2024.
Prior to joining the firm Aine graduated from Brunel University London, with a first-class honours degree and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University.
Aine specialises in clinical negligence and immigration. She is committed to providing clear, straightforward advice without unnecessary legal jargon. As someone who is dyslexic, she appreciates how difficult complex information can be to process and ensures her clients receive guidance that is accessible and easy to understand.

Aine has handled a broad range of clinical negligence matters, from lower-value claims to complex, high-value cases. She has attended hearings at numerous courts around the country including the Royal Courts of Justice in relation to a significant claim.
She particularly values building strong relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their experiences and working collaboratively to plan next steps. Aine has a keen interest in women’s health, advocating for fair treatment and ensuring that concerns are properly heard and investigated. She is a strong believer in transparency within the medical profession, to allow patients to make informed decisions about their care.
Immigration
Aine works in the immigration team alongside one of the firm’s partners. She has experience across a wide range of immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, spouse visas and naturalisation applications. She also has experience assisting clients under the Homes for Ukraine scheme.
Personal Interests
Outside the office Aine enjoys sports and fitness.
