Gareth is an experienced commercial and residential property solicitor based in our Banbury office. He is home grown talent having joined the firm as a trainee in 2006. He qualified in 2008 and in 2015 became a partner.
Gareth has a broad client base including a number of property developers and local businesses throughout Oxfordshire and London, together with a significant following of individuals buying and selling their residential homes.

- purchases of new build properties from a number of local developers
- refinancing and transfer of equity
- grant and assignment of new commercial property leases and renewals acting for both landlord and tenant

- purchase (and subsequent sale shortly after) of London flat for over £2M within extremely tight timescales
- statutory lease extension of a flat
- purchase of new build home for first time buyers
- acting for a landlord in the grant of commercial office leases within several large office developments
Personal interests:
Gareth enjoys playing table tennis and golf and is a keen follower of Walsall FC.
