New company formation, shareholders agreement and creation of different classes of shares
Advised on the formation of a new company to be used as an acquisition vehicle for the purchase of multiple businesses. The work included the preparation of a shareholders’ agreement between the founders and also the creation of multiple classes of shares covering the different rights of each founder.
