- Arrangements for children
- Property disputes between joint owners (including cohabitating couples and also property jointly owned by extended family members or friends)

Recent work:
- Advised a bride to be in the drafting of a pre-nuptial agreement where she and her husband to be had both been married previously and wanted to preserve their respective assets in the event their marriage broke down within a certain timescale after the wedding. This involved diplomatic and sensitive communication and handling in the weeks prior to the wedding to avoid placing a strain on the parties’ relationship.
- Acted for a husband in divorce proceedings where he and his wife had agreed a financial settlement. Embodied the agreed terms in a consent order which gave both parties financial certainty for the future.
- Acted for a wife who had separated from her husband some years ago but had not yet started divorce proceedings. The husband and wife still had shares in a family business, owned a portfolio of properties and other assets between them.
- Acted on behalf of a client who owned a property jointly with a sibling. The client wanted to sell to sell to realise his share, but his sibling was unwilling to do so.
- Advised upon and drafted a cohabitation agreement for a client prior to her new partner moving into her property
- Advised and acted on behalf of a client who had an accident at work and was unable to return to the same employment and wished to pursue a claim for damages for both his injury, and future loss of income
