Eugene joined Bower Bailey as a newly qualified solicitor in 1999 and is based in the Swindon office. He specialises in property law providing advice to both individuals and companies alike on a wide variety of property related transactions.

As well as a dedicated local client base, Eugene also acts for clients all over the country. Alongside his colleagues, he has managed to secure the firm’s membership to a number of panels through which its conveyancing services are recommended. These include, amongst others, several major UK property developers and housing associations.

Eugene has always adopted a friendly and positive approach, and progresses each transaction as efficiently as possible. His experience enables him to analyse and evaluate information swiftly and provide quick solutions. He believes in demystifying the law and tries to resolve issues by adopting a pragmatic and common sense approach, whilst still maintaining high standards of professional care. As a result of this Eugene has developed a strong and loyal client base.
