Since the early days the firm has continued to rapidly expand until today when it has become a major presence in the legal markets in which it operates and has offices in Oxford, Swindon, Witney, and Banbury. In 2003 Bower & Bailey took over the long established and highly regarded Oxford firm of Simms.
