Our very established and successful policy is to try and recruit trainee solicitors who will flourish in their careers and will be the future of the firm. This is evidenced by the fact that many of our partners today trained with the firm. We recruit trainees in each of our offices and are prepared to consider trainee applications at any time. If we consider that a potential trainee is the right fit for us we will try and offer a training contract wherever possible.
