Katie joined Bower & Bailey in 1998 and was made Partner in 2001. She specialises in all aspects of family breakdown with particular
emphasis on the financial consequences. She has experience in advising on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and all children matters
including adoption. Katie has been a member of the Children Panel since 2000 and is a member of Resolution, which promotes a constructive
and non-confrontation approach to family matters. In December 2000 she was instrumental in setting up a regional branch of Resolution for
Wiltshire and Gloucestershire and has been their Treasurer ever since.
