Simon Read qualified in 1982 and joined Bower & Bailey as a partner in January 2000. He handles a wide range of residential and
commercial property transactions including sale and purchase work, lease transactions for both landlords and tenants and acquisition
and disposal of residential development land.
Simon also manages our deeds administration and re-mortgage department providing services to lending institutions.
