Simon joined Bower & Bailey on qualifying in 1984. The following year he set up the Swindon Office and was made a partner in 1986.
His entire career has been spent in property, both residential and commercial, and he has a wide range of experience in all property related
matters. Simon still has a loyal following of residential clients but now mainly specialises in property development work acting in the
acquisition of sites and the setting up of residential, commercial and mixed user developments. His other area of expertise is in commercial
Landlord and Tenant.
