David joined Bower and Bailey as a trainee in 1986. He qualified in 1988 and became a Partner in 1993.
He has experience across a broad range of practice areas but now specialises in litigation. Since 1994 he
has been head of litigation at our Swindon office. He has a particular interest in commercial disputes, debt recovery,
property disputes, high value personal injury and alternative dispute resolution.
