Phil operates from the Banbury office and qualified as a solicitor in 1993, joining Bower & Bailey the following year.
He studied Law at The University of Kent at Canterbury, and now specializes in Wills and Probate matters, estate planning and residential conveyancing.
He is married with two young sons.
