Rob specialises in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, company
reorganisations, shareholders' agreements, fund raising, joint ventures and general commercial contracts.
Rob joined the firm in 2004 and previously worked for commercial practices in Warsaw and Birmingham. He is based in
our Banbury Office, but also works from and spends time in our other offices.
