Philip Boardman T: 01865 311133  E: pboardman@bowerandbailey.co.uk Philip is a Partner in the firm and head of the Family and Civil Litigation Department. He undertook his training at the firm, qualified in 1991 and became a Partner in 1995. He is also a member of Resolution. Specialising in all aspects of national and international family law, and in particular high value and complex financial issues, Philip’s international experience extends presently over the jurisdictions of Spain, Bahrain, Gibraltar and Russia. His expertise includes dealing with pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation issues, and acting on behalf of clients in disputes relating to children, including contact and residence applications. In addition to the above, Philip has substantial experience in civil litigation and particularly in contested Probate cases. Noted for his thoroughness and analytical attitude Philip uses his skills and calm persuasive manner to achieve the best settlements and solutions for his clients and their children either in national or international family law disputes. On a personal note, Phillip is married with two children. His interests include all sports but particularly skiing, rugby, golf and cricket. << Back
