David heads up the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.
He is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel. David graduated from Nottingham
Trent University in 1987 and joined Bower & Bailey as a Trainee Solicitor in 1988. He qualified in 1990
and became a Partner in 1994.
David has particular experience in high value and complex Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
actions. These include acting for Claimants who have suffered spinal injuries or severe head and brain injury. He
has a particular expertise in the practice of Coroners Courts.
